Walter Edward Bagdasarian, 47, of La Mesa, Calif., was convicted in federal court on Tuesday for making Internet death threats against President Obama during the presidential campaign. His attorney said he was drunk when he made the Internet posts. Bagdasarian faces up to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced on Oct. 26, according to news reports. Stories here and here.
