From the in-box: If you enjoy the peaceful strums of the harp and the rhythms of Celtic music, you’ll want to make a free spot in your schedule for 7 p.m. on Saturday for Masters of the Celtic Harp at Pilgrim Church in Redding. The church is located at 2850 Foothill Blvd. in Redding.
The $15 concert features harp masters Grainne Hambly of County Mayo, Ireland and William Jackson of Glasgow, Scotland. Tickets available at Bernie’s Guitar and LiVolsi Chiropractic, both in Redding.

Love your “vacilidor” story…isn’t that just the way of the artist? Beauty, truth, et al, yes, they are our destinations. But to really grow, to be open, well, it just doesn’t reveal itself neatly on a grid-like map! I love the meandering; haven’t you discovered the best “finds” that way?
